I. Offers, Purchase Orders & Order Confirmations

  1. Offers are valid only until the specified expiry date.
  2. A purchase order is only binding if confirmed in writing.
  3. An order confirmation will be emailed to the customer once the order is confirmed.
  4. Manufacturer approval is required for all orders.
  5. Orders are final once processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

II. Price & Payment

  1. Prepayment is required for all sales due to manufacturer policies and product type.
  2. Buyers must cover all bank fees associated with the payment.
  3. A shipping and handling fee of AED 250 applies to orders under AED 2,500.
  4. Prices are subject to change based on currency exchange rates at the time the order is finalized.

III. Delivery

  1. UAE deliveries are made Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
  2. For customers outside the UAE, delivery terms include EXW, DAP, and CIP.
  3. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer based on the agreed delivery term.
  4. Customers can arrange pickup via their own carrier from the Dubai warehouse.
  5. Standard delivery time is 1–2 weeks after receiving the purchase order and payment.
  6. However, delivery time listed in the offer, quote, or invoice takes precedence over the standard timeline.
  7. Lead times depend on the manufacturer's stock and production schedule, and may be reconfirmed after order and payment.

VI. Return & Refund Policy

  1. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

V. Warranty

  1. Manufacturer's terms apply to warranties.
  2. IDS 2D cameras come with a 3-year warranty.
  3. IDS 3D cameras come with a 2-year warranty.
  4. The warranty period is one year for all other products and accessories.
  5. If the issue isn’t resolved through initial support, the product may be sent to the factory for repair (no cost during warranty).
  6. Warranty is void if damage is due to misuse, incorrect installation, or user error.
  7. Post-warranty repairs are charged.
  8. In case of a camera malfunction under warranty, replacement is possible after troubleshooting.

VI. RMA

  1. Outbound shipping (to factory) for repairs or replacements—paid by the customer, whether within or after warranty.
  2. Inbound shipping (from factory)—paid by the seller.
  3. Preferred couriers: UPS and DHL for both sending and receiving items.
