I. Offers, Purchase Orders & Order Confirmations
- Offers are valid only until the specified expiry date.
- A purchase order is only binding if confirmed in writing.
- An order confirmation will be emailed to the customer once the order is confirmed.
- Manufacturer approval is required for all orders.
- Orders are final once processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
II. Price & Payment
- Prepayment is required for all sales due to manufacturer policies and product type.
- Buyers must cover all bank fees associated with the payment.
- A shipping and handling fee of AED 250 applies to orders under AED 2,500.
- Prices are subject to change based on currency exchange rates at the time the order is finalized.
III. Delivery
- UAE deliveries are made Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
- For customers outside the UAE, delivery terms include EXW, DAP, and CIP.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer based on the agreed delivery term.
- Customers can arrange pickup via their own carrier from the Dubai warehouse.
- Standard delivery time is 1–2 weeks after receiving the purchase order and payment.
- However, delivery time listed in the offer, quote, or invoice takes precedence over the standard timeline.
- Lead times depend on the manufacturer's stock and production schedule, and may be reconfirmed after order and payment.
VI. Return & Refund Policy
- Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
V. Warranty
- Manufacturer's terms apply to warranties.
- IDS 2D cameras come with a 3-year warranty.
- IDS 3D cameras come with a 2-year warranty.
- The warranty period is one year for all other products and accessories.
- If the issue isn’t resolved through initial support, the product may be sent to the factory for repair (no cost during warranty).
- Warranty is void if damage is due to misuse, incorrect installation, or user error.
- Post-warranty repairs are charged.
- In case of a camera malfunction under warranty, replacement is possible after troubleshooting.
VI. RMA
- Outbound shipping (to factory) for repairs or replacements—paid by the customer, whether within or after warranty.
- Inbound shipping (from factory)—paid by the seller.
- Preferred couriers: UPS and DHL for both sending and receiving items.
