General Terms & Conditions


I. Price & Payment 

- Payment: Prepayment (full payment in advance)
- All bank fees to be paid by the buyer (customer)
- Any order with value less than AED 2,500.00 will be charged AED 250.00 for shipping and handling fees

II. Delivery


- All deliveries in the United Arab Emirates are Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
- For customers outside of UAE we can deliver in Ex Works Dubai, Delivered-at-place (DAP) and Carriage and Insurance Paid To (CIP) at extra cost
- Shipments can be insured with a charge as per customer request
- Customers can pick up their orders from our Dubai warehouse by their carrier of choice
- Our regular delivery time is 2-3 weeks, after receiving the purchase order (PO) and payment
- Delivery time mentioned in the offer, quote or invoice takes precedence to above delivery time
- The availability of all products in the offer is subject to the prior sales and can be confirmed once the order is received and confirmed

III. Delivery in Turkey

- EU countries except Germany: The customer should provide us with the EU company name and
  and its VAT number. We are able to send the shipment to EU company directly from Germany or
  from Dubai
- Ex Works, Dubai: We can send the shipment to Turkey with a charge or customer can pick up
  the shipment from Dubai
- DDP, Dubai (The customer should provide us with a UAE company name and its VAT number
  for delivery. 5% tax (VAT) will be added for deliveries inside the U.A.E


IV. Warranty

- Three Years warranty for cameras and one year warranty for all accessories based on the terms and conditions of the manufacturers
- In case of camera malfunction within the warranty period, the product can be replaced after online and offline troubleshooting
- Warranty is considered void if any damage is identified by our technicians or manufacturer due to misuse/wrong installation or
  human manipulation/error 
- The product should be returned to the factory, if the manufacturer decides to repair the product. There is no repair cost within the warranty period.
- Repairs after the warranty period are at a cost

V. RMA

- The buyer/customer should bear the outbound shipping charges to the factory in case of repair/replacement is required during or
  after warranty period
- The seller bear the inbound shipping charges of repair/replacement shipments
- We use DHL and FedEx as our preferred couriers to send/receive shipments
